Transfer your reservation free of charge

Can't make your reservation because of the corona virus? No problem, we can move your reservation free of charge to another moment based on availability.

One and a half meter distance

The health of our guests and employees is our number one priority. That's why we practice social distancing. So we maintain at least a distance of 1.5 meters between each person to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. All hotels are fully adapted to this situation.


There is a possibility to order a breakfast box in your room in the morning, including sparkling wine and fruit juice. These are brought around between 8:30 and 9:30 am. They are all prepared with the necessary care. Unfortunately our restaurants are closed, we provide a list of all take-away restaurants at the reception.


With the new measures, our bar may no longer be open, but it is always possible to ask at the reception desk for drinks to take to your room. Each room has a minibar where you can keep your drinks cool.

After 8 pm we are no longer allowed to serve alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic beverages are available until 10 pm.


The swimming pool in Hotel Aazaert will remain open, the wellness and fitness will be closed for a while due to the new measures.

Transfer to another hotel?

In case of low hotel occupancy, your overnight stay can be transferred to one of our partner hotels. This will always be an upgrade. If this is the case for you, the reception will contact you by phone beforehand.

COVID-19 measures

  • We strictly follow government guidelines and recommendations. All hotels are provided with information about COVID-19 and the corresponding instructions.
  • A mouth mask is mandatory.
  • We provide disinfectant hand gels in public areas.
  • We ask you to pay preferably with your card.
  • We ask you to use the elevator as little as possible. If you do, please use it alone.
  • We will thoroughly disinfect surfaces such as elevator buttons and door handles on a regular basis.
  • We provide the necessary protective equipment for our staff.
  • We work with appropriate procedures for cleaning and hygiene.
